1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Voraq, operated by a legal entity registered in Estonia. By connecting your wallet and signing the sign-in message, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have full legal capacity. You must not be a resident of a country subject to comprehensive sanctions or otherwise prohibited from receiving services under applicable law. One natural person per wallet, one wallet per natural person — multi-accounting is prohibited.
3. Account
Your account is your wallet address. You alone control your wallet's private key. We never custody your funds. You are responsible for keeping your wallet secure. We cannot recover access if you lose your private key.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- use automation, bots, scripts, emulators, click farms or VPN/proxy to inflate completions;
- create or operate multiple accounts;
- tamper with offerwall iframes, postback URLs or any client/server code;
- use the service for money laundering, terrorism financing or any unlawful purpose;
- impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity;
- interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the service.
5. Rewards and payouts
- Off-chain credit: rewards earned via offerwall completions are credited off-chain to your in-app USDT and $ADS balances.
- Maturity window: USDT credits become claimable only after a 14-day cool-off period to absorb provider chargebacks/reversals (some survey providers can reverse a completion up to 60 days after the fact).
- Reversals: if the offerwall provider reverses a completion (chargeback, fraud detection), your USDT and $ADS balances are debited accordingly.
- Revenue share: we share 80% of the offerwall payout with you as USDT; the remaining 20% covers platform operations. This split may change with notice.
- Caps and minimums: minimum claim, daily caps and global circuit breakers apply (see /wallet for current values).
- On-chain transfers: claims are sent to your connected wallet on Polygon. Once broadcast on-chain, transactions are irreversible.
- Taxes: you are solely responsible for any tax obligations on rewards earned, in your jurisdiction.
6. Third-party offerwall terms
When you complete an offer served by any third-party offerwall provider integrated with Voraq, you also agree to that provider's own terms and privacy policy (linked from their iframe). Voraq is not responsible for content, accuracy or behavior of third-party offerwalls.
7. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud, multi-accounting, abuse, or violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@voraq.app. Suspension or closure forfeits any pending rewards if linked to abusive behavior.
8. Disclaimers
Voraq is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Cryptocurrency carries inherent risks (price volatility, smart-contract bugs, blockchain congestion). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific level of earnings. The $ADS token is not yet deployed and may never be — $ADS rewards are held in-app with no guaranteed future value.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voraq's total liability to you for all claims is capped at the amount of rewards you successfully claimed in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Voraq harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the service.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Voraq will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (if you qualify as a consumer under EU law).
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Material changes are announced in the app and may require you to re-accept the Terms on next sign-in.
